  1. When will my order be shipped?
    We normally take two business days to ship all orders. Final delivery time varies as per location.

    2. When will the order get delivered?
    Transit and delivery time will vary depending on order and location. You can check estimated delivery time for your pin code on any product page.

    3. When will i receive a replacement?
    Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, as per the following conditions:
    *The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
    *the packaging should have the original tags in place.
    *The item(s) should be returned within 10
    days from the date of receipt.
    *Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted.
    *No amount will be reimbursed in that case.

    4. How can i track my order?
    You will be receiving a mail regarding your order, a tracking id will be provided along with the tracking URL of the courier service.

  1. How to Return the Product?

You need to contact us through mail/call with the order id and reason for return. Please read our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions Page for more information.
